DTC Growth Marketing Manger

About the Role

Levers is hiring a DTC Growth Manager to run and scale our revenue engine day to day. This is a hands-on operator role for an experienced DTC growth marketer who is equally strong at strategy and execution. We want someone who personally builds the offers, runs the tests, and lives in the numbers, not someone who only sets direction and delegates.

You'll own execution across performance marketing, conversion, offers, lifecycle, and the funnels behind new product launches (prescription peptides, comprehensive bloodwork, hormone therapies). You will execute yourself, but you won't do all of it alone. You'll orchestrate agencies, contractors, and our growing in-house team, while owning the outcome. 

We have strong early traction and a working foundation across performance, product, operations, and lifecycle. We’re obsessed about service and health and do it well. We're looking for a high-output operator who takes what's working and pushes it hard, continually innovating in a competitive telehealth landscape. We're chasing an aggressive growth target in one of the hottest industries in consumer health, with a plan to 4x revenue by the end of the year, and we want someone who can elevate the quality of our creative and brand as a core driver of that growth.

This is a manager-level role with full ownership and upside as the team expands.

What You'll Do

  • Own the growth numbers. Drive new-patient volume, AOV, CAC, and subscription mix against a weekly scoreboard. You own the targets and the path to hit them.
  • Run conversion and offers. Design and run the testing roadmap across landing pages, quiz funnels, checkout, subscriptions, pricing, and offers. You'll spec the tests and offers, and there's real hands-on, scrappy work here too (for example, building and iterating quickly with Claude Code), alongside the other resources you'll pull in to ship. Match personas, ads, offers, and landing pages into one cohesive funnel, the kind of end-to-end consistency the biggest brands obsess over.
  • Orchestrate paid media and own creative win-rate. Direct our paid agency and in-house design across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You set strategy, brief creative, and own the metrics that matter, creative win-rate and new-customer ROAS, rather than letting the agency grade its own homework. You don't have to be the in-account button-pusher, but you must understand the account cold.
  • Direct lifecycle and retention. Guide our email/SMS retention agency and oversee our new migration to Skio, improving subscription offers, bundles, and retention to defend and grow the repeat book and lift subscription mix.
  • Own the creative briefs and creative volume. Set creative strategy and standards and keep concept volume and quality high, working with our in-house designer and creators who supply the volume. Develop and use tools to deeply understand our customers and how to better serve them, shipping winning creative that speaks directly to them.
  • Steer the copy. Brief and edit ad, landing-page, email/SMS, and brand copy, partnering with a medical/brand copywriter for the drug-fluent words and industry knowledge. Strong copy judgment required; expert medical authorship is not. 
  • Scale affiliates & partners (with help). Maintain and grow our existing affiliate & partnership program (live via Superfiliate). Aggressive affiliate/partnership scaling will sit with a dedicated hire later and you will manage their priorities. For now, set the strategy and iterate on performance. We are actively pursuing B2B partnerships like gym owners, chiropractors, etc.
  • Support new product launches. Build the funnels and go-to-market for launches of new peptide, bloodwork, and hormone offerings, working closely with clinical, legal, and ops. In Q3, support a full website, CRO, and brand refresh.
  • Develop our internal AI tooling. Develop the internal AI tools and workflows we use for growth and marketing. We're an AI-native team with a full-time AI specialist, and this will keep growing as part of the role.
  • Keep the dashboards honest. Maintain clear, simple discipline around CAC, LTV, payback, cohorts, and profitability, enough to make good decisions. 

Traits for a Great Fit (Requirements)

  • Proven experience scaling U.S. DTC brands with direct, hands-on revenue ownership, plus excellent prioritization and self-management.
  • Deep, practical expertise in CRO, paid acquisition, lifecycle, and funnel/quiz optimization. You've personally done the work, not just managed people who did.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented. You love dashboards and data, and you have the judgment to simplify and know what to optimize for.
  • Strong creative and brand instinct. You understand how brand, creative, and performance work together to drive both short-term revenue and long-term growth, with the taste to know what great looks like and to never ship mediocre work.
  • Solid copy judgment. You can brief and edit sharp, compelling copy (you don't need to be the medical-grade expert, we supply that).
  • Default fluency with AI tools and workflows is non-negotiable, and it will be a continued, growing part of this role. If you're not already using AI to work faster and better, this role is not a fit.
  • Lives and breathes growth. You study the greats, listen to the podcasts, watch the YouTube videos, and are actively sharpening your skills all the time.
  • Expert at orchestrating agencies and contractors and getting the most out of them, while owning the outcome yourself.
  • High agency; thinks like an owner. Doesn't wait to be asked. Moves fast, ships, and iterates.

What Success Looks Like

30 days: A clear growth thesis, deep funnel and customer understanding, and a testing/creative roadmap in place. Clear priorities set on creative, messaging, offers, and e-commerce.

90 days: Scale. Measurable gains in CAC, conversion rate, and AOV while scaling ad spend 2x+. Compliant launch and scaling of new prescription peptide funnels and offers. Skio subscription offers and bundles improving and subscription mix trending up. Affiliate program (Superfiliate) healthy and partnership/affiliate manager hired.

12 months: A durable, multi-channel growth engine hitting the revenue plan, supported by repeatable launch playbooks and a stronger brand. Several new hires reporting to you as you build out the growth org.

  • An in-house designer and several creators who supply creative volume.
  • A full-time AI specialist on our AI-native team.
  • 3 current agencies across paid media, email/SMS, and CRO/quizzes
  • A Shopify / e-commerce developer who deploys site, funnel, and offer changes.
  • A medical / brand copywriter who supports drug-fluent ad, email, and landing-page copy.
  • A future dedicated affiliate / partnerships manager (you'll keep the channel warm until then).
  • New hires as determined by the growth roadmap.
