The most common side effects of Tirzepatide include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach (abdominal) pain, indigestion, injection site reactions, feeling tired, allergic reactions, belching, hair loss, and heartburn.

Do not use Tirzepatide if you or any of your family have ever had a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or are planning to become pregnant within 2 months.
Discontinue use immediately if you start to experience severe side effects you think could be related to Tirzepatide. Discontinue use if you start to experience abnormally high blood pressure, blurry vision, or other uncommon side effects that persist.

This is a monthly program. If you pause or cancel your plan, or have not taken a GLP-1 in an extended time, you will resume at a lower dose (but not necessarily the starting dose), for safety. You will also be provided enough to titrate up safely within the first month.
