Repair & Recovery peptide protocol

BPC-157 Injection

BPC-157 Injection

BPC-157 is a naturally occurring peptide found in the gut that supports your body’s ability to heal from the inside out. People commonly take it to support recovery from tendon and ligament injuries, calm achy joints, support the gut lining, and get back to training sooner. Every Levers protocol comes with 15mg per vial, a strong recovery dose that is 3x what many other companies provide.

Protocol

Why BPC-157

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) is a 15-amino-acid peptide sequence found naturally in gastric juice. Your body uses it to protect and repair tissue. Taken as a protocol, people reach for it for:

  • Tendons, ligaments, and joints: supports the repair signaling connective tissue depends on, which is why athletes and post-rehab patients use it first
  • Gut lining: where it was discovered, and where it’s most studied, for digestive comfort and barrier support
  • Training recovery: less soreness between sessions and a faster return to load after a strain
  • Inflammation balance: helps regulate the inflammatory response around stressed tissue
  • Circulation: promotes new blood vessel growth to the tissue that’s healing

It pairs well with NAD+, Sermorelin, and GLP-1 protocols, especially for anyone training hard or losing weight who wants to protect joints and connective tissue along the way.

  • Tendons, Ligaments & Joints

Tendons and ligaments heal slowly because they get little blood flow. BPC-157 supports the growth of new blood vessels into injured connective tissue and the signaling that tells fibroblasts to lay down new collagen. It’s often the first peptide athletes and post-rehab patients reach for after a strain, a sprain, or a stubborn joint that won’t settle.

  • Gut Lining & Digestion

BPC-157 was discovered in gastric juice, and the gut is where it’s most studied. It supports the integrity of the cells that line the gut wall and the blood vessels beneath it, which is the foundation of a healthy gut barrier. People use it for digestive comfort, gut lining support, and the kind of low-grade gut irritation that seems to show up everywhere else in the body.

  • Inflammation Balance

Inflammation is how repair starts, and how it stalls when it runs too long. BPC-157 supports a balanced inflammatory response around stressed tissue by helping regulate the signaling molecules that keep inflammation switched on. In practice, it may mean less lingering soreness after hard training and a calmer baseline for people dealing with ongoing joint or gut irritation.

  • Nervous System & Mood

A smaller, less studied benefit. The gut and brain talk constantly through the vagus nerve and the gut’s own nervous system, and BPC-157 interacts with several of those pathways, including dopamine and serotonin signaling. Some people on protocol report steadier mood, clearer focus, and better stress tolerance. We treat this as a welcome benefit, not the reason to start.

Where recovery meets longevity

BPC-157 is quickly gaining traction in performance and longevity circles. Most people don’t start BPC-157 because they read a study. They start because something isn’t healing the way it used to, and they’re tired of waiting it out.

BPC-157 may be a fit for those looking to

  • Heal faster from injury or training
  • Reduce inflammation
  • Support gut integrity
  • Improve joint & soft-tissue recovery
  • Enhance longevity & resilience

Safety Information

Safety Overview

Repair & Recovery compounds are considered very safe for general use since they use naturally occurring peptides (or fragments of peptides already present in the body) to support tissue repair, inflammation balance, and recovery signaling.

However, these compounds remain investigational with supervised provider care, and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA; there are no compounded medications that are FDA approved or reviewed.

Treatment is reviewed by a licensed provider and monitored throughout use.

These therapies support the body’s natural healing processes but do not replace treatment for underlying medical conditions. Always follow provider guidance and inform your other healthcare providers.
