Return Policy

Orders that are provided by third party pharmacies are not returnable, except in cases of damage or loss. This includes all compounded pharmacy products once the order has been placed with a pharmacy. 

In the event of damage or loss, please email and your inquiry and refund will be addressed promptly. If a replacement is appropriate, a replacement order will be shipped to you at no additional expense.

If you would like to process a refund after submitting an order but before it has been processed with the pharmacy (typically within 1 day), please contact us at or 866-788-9425 and we will issue a refund. 




Shipping is always free and is included in the cost of your selected program.
