Shipping
Shipping is always free and is included in the cost of your selected program.
Because of high demand, please allow up to 2-6 business days for processing your order at the pharmacy after the order is placed.
After processing it will ship FedEx/UPS overnight and we will text you and email you a tracking number.
We aim to deliver all overnight shipments within 48 hours of 8pm PT of the day the shipment leaves the pharmacy. If there is an extended delay, lwe will provide a replacement.
Levers.Health operates in Arizona and Florida and can only serve patients and ship prescriptions in those states.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Return and Replacement Policy
Orders that are provided by third party pharmacies are not returnable. This includes all compounded pharmacy products once the order has been placed with a pharmacy.
All orders are sent with a tracking number that is verified by the carrier with a photo upon delivery.
In the event of damage or loss, please email service@levers.health and we will help you promptly. If a replacement is appropriate, a replacement order will be shipped to you at no additional expense.
If your package is missing or stolen please report your package missing with the carrier within 7 days and also contact us to issue a replacement. We are unable to provide replacements for packages 7 days after delivery.
If your package has arrived within 48 hours of 8pm of the day it shipped, it is 100% safe and effective, even if it arrives warm, and is not eligible for replacement. The pharmacy has performed heat studies (linked here) that show the medication is safe and effective even after 7 days at 104F.
If you would like to process a refund after submitting an order but before it has been processed with the pharmacy (typically within 1 day), please contact us at service@levers.health or 866-788-9425 and we will issue a refund.
Best Used By Dates:
Compounded medication has a "best used by" (BUD) date of 90 days from compounding; this date is printed on the medication label.
The pharmacy generally ships medications within 2 weeks of compounding, but since there can be variation, we are unable to guarantee a "best used by" date of over 64 days from shipment.
Please reach out to us if you receive a vial of compounded medication with a "best used by" date that is less than 64 days from the date of arrival.
