NAD+ is required for the activation of enzymes like PARPs, which detect and repair DNA damage, maintaining genomic stability and preventing mutations.
-
Boosts Metabolic Health
NAD+ plays a vital role in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism, promoting efficient energy use and overall metabolic balance.
-
Supports Healthy Aging
NAD+ activates sirtuins, proteins that regulate cellular health, reduce inflammation, and improve resilience, contributing to longevity and slower aging.
-
Boosts Immune System
NAD+ fuels immune cell activity, supporting the body's ability to respond to infections and other immune challenges effectively.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do Injectable NAD+ instead of other methods?
Effectiveness, Value and Convenience.
- NAD+ at-home injections are best for bioavailability, and deliver the same effectiveness as IV infusions at a fraction of the cost and time.
- Additionally, it allows for flexible dosing—you can spread out smaller doses throughout the week to maximize uptake.
- Unlike precursor supplements such as NMN, NR, or NAD sprays, injectable NAD+ is more bioavailable and directly effective, ensuring optimal results.
- If you're looking for an efficient, cost-effective solution, injectable NAD+ is the clear choice.
How much should I take?
We recommend 2000mg NAD+ (1 order) every 2-3 months.
Patients report noticeable benefits from NAD+ injections from as little as 100mg/wk (.5ml, 1 injection) up to the max dose of 500mg/wk (2.5ml), given as multiple injections.
Each bottle contains 10ml and 2000mg NAD+.
How long will this last?
It depends on your dosing. You will be provided a full guide upon approval.
- The dosing protocol is crafted to give you an opportunity to do the max dosing (500mg/wk) for 28 days if desired. Some patients extend their protocol past the BUD by their own choice at a lower dose.
- Compounded NAD+ has a recommended "best used by date" (BUD) of 45 days from compounding.
- It usually ships very soon after compounding, but we are unable to guarantee a BUD over over 28 days from arrival.

Safety Information
Safety Overview
NAD+ therapy is generally well-tolerated since it is a bioidentical molecule that your body already makes. Side effects if present are usually dose dependent, which is why it is important to start with a lower dose to make sure you tolerate the medication.
Most of the common side effects, if present, go down within 2-12 hours after injection and with sustained use as your body gets used to it.
Side Effects
Most side effects, if present, subside within a few hours. If side effects are uncomfortable, lower your dose until you can tolerate them.
The most common side effects of NAD+ injections or infusions include:
- Flushing or Warm Sensation
- Injection Site Reactions
- Nausea or Upset Stomach
- Headache
- Fatigue or Drowsiness
- Mild Chest Tightness or Palpitations
- Anxiety or Restlessness
Less Common but Possible Side Effects:
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Muscle cramps
- Sweating
- Temporary changes in blood pressure
Sometimes a reaction to the first injection or two will subside as your body gets used to the compounds. Our dosing protocol intentionally starts slower so that you can ensure safe and effective use.
There are no known long term side effects NAD+, but severe side effects are possible with any drug. Studies have yet to determine all potential side effects of NAD+ injections.
Individual responses vary and you could experience side effects not common or not listed.
Who it's not good for
Do Not Use NAD+ If you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have active cancer in your body. This is precautionary, but NAD+ has not been studied with cancer patients.
- Have a severe heart condition such as coronary artery disease or a history of heart attack, due to potential transitory side effects of heart racing or chest tightness.
Cautions:
- High Blood Pressure: Monitor for signs of temporary blood pressure increases after a dose. Titrate your dose up slowly to make sure you tolerate it.
- Anxiety or Mood Disorders: NAD+ can cause a feeling of jitters or “buzziness” after injection. Titrate your dose up slowly to make sure you tolerate it.
Medications and supplements to avoid:
- Do not take additional NAD+ in addition to this protocol, via IV infusion or other means. Do not take NMN or NR supplements. The exception is NAD+ creams or lotions, which are ok to take together.
