What does it cost after the first 10 weeks?

We offer flexible payment options at Levers, you can either purchase Semaglutide by the bottle, OR do one of our subscription plans. All purchases include medication, shipping, check-ins, and never any added fees.

After your first order, most patients buy a Large (10mg) bottle of Semaglutide, which lasts the next 8 weeks. You get a permanent 25% discount, making it $442.50, or roughly $225/mo.

Alternatively, we have a subscription plan which offers the benefit of the same price at any dose up to the max dose: $277/mo. This is best for patients that are on Semaglutide already or at higher dosing.

Will I regain the weight after I stop taking it?

With the positive lifestyle changes that accompany losing weight, such as increased energy, better mood and sleep, many patients find they are able to maintain the positive changes and weight loss once coming off of Semaglutide.

If you also have less weight to lose to start with, it is also easier to keep that off after stopping.

The FDA has not issued restrictions on duration of Semaglutide treatment. Most studies of Semaglutide last at least one year.

What are the side effects or risks associated with this?

Semaglutide is FDA-approved under the brand names Wegovy® and Ozempic®.

Severe side effects are possible with any drug.

The most common side effects of Semaglutide are: Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, headache, tiredness, upset stomach, dizziness, feeling bloated, belching, gas, stomach flu, heartburn, and runny nose or sore throat.

DO NOT take Semaglutide if:

  • You or anyone in your family has a history of Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2), or medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC).
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to get pregnant within 2 months.
     

Be CAUTIOUS of negative symptoms while taking Semaglutide if:

  • You have a history of slow gastric emptying or Pancreas, Kidney, or Liver problems.

Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA?

Levers does not accept insurance of any type.

To use HSA/FSA, select PayPal as the checkout option and use your HSA/FSA card with PayPal as you would a regular card.

Is this FDA-Approved?

Semaglutide is FDA-approved under the brand names Wegovy® and Ozempic®. In clinical trials with those drugs, patients lost up to 15% of their body weight within the first year of treatment.

Levers provides compounded Semaglutide from licensed USA pharmacies but is not associated with Wegovy® and Ozempic® nor their maker Novo Norodisk. Compounded medications are customized pharmaceutical products offered as an alternative to FDA approved medications and may contain FDA approved ingredients but are not themselves FDA approved.

Levers works with with only the best FDA regulated pharmacy partners that are 503A compliant to ensure purity and safety of compounded products. Our pharmacies are also LegitScript certified.

There is substantial information available on Semaglutide based upon clinical observational trials.

What are your payment plans?

Any bottle purchase may be split into 4 equal payments with the PayPal "Pay in 4"

plan with no added interest.

1/4 of the purchase price is due up front, then every 2 weeks after.
